You will receive the full birth preparation course, weekly check ins to see how you are doing and with reminders and prompts, ongoing support via WhatsApp for any questions or concerns, with the option of a video call at the end of your pregnancy. In-depth, modern, 5* rated hypnobirthing support.

About the brand

I run Hypnobirthing courses online, and in person in West Berkshire and Tel Aviv (I travel back and forth). My courses are designed to leave expectant parents to be feeling prepared, confident and calmer ahead of their babies birth.
