Q: I have not received my eGift…

A: Firstly, check your junk / spam folder, in case the eGift has gone in there. Check the spelling of the email address you have given us. If the spelling of the email address is wrong contact us straight away, we will cancel your first order and place it again for you with the correct email address. Please email us at

Q: My postal gift card has not arrived….

A: We post via Royal Mail first class and we allow up to 3-5 working days. If you have not received it after this then we will re-issue you a new gift card and cancel the original order.

Q: What does the postal gift card option look like…..

A: You will receive a beautiful Wellness Card in a gift wallet. With the planet in mind our gift card is printed on card. Its beautifully presented so you can give as a gift.

Q: I have been unable to use by gift card/eGift due to the lock down restrictions, what do I do?

A: To ensure you can enjoy your Gift Card/ eGift we extended the valid date by 6 months.
