Somatic Presence Session
Guided by the wisdom of your body, we’ll use grounding, gentle experiential practices, and attuned guidance to meet what’s real and present. A space to soften resistance, restore safety, and discover new ways of being with yourself.

Energy Body Rebalancing
A focused session to clear and harmonise the chakra system and energy body. We’ll move stagnant emotional energy, restore flow, and bring balance to your energy field. Ideal as a reset, or to gently release one specific emotion or life challenge.
